Compiled with MC 1.8.8.

  • Make compile, update NCP/Bukkit dependency version.

For NoCheatPlus around version 3.13.1.

(It might break with any earlier version of it.)

Seems to work about, but code needs some review (exemptions don't work nice from block damage to a probably not coming block break event, thus a tick-task-concept as a fall-back was added, best would be to get rid of that somehow.).
