This release attempts to fix issues with latest dev builds of NCP (ca. b38+).

Big internal change: Load plugin before NCP, getting rid of re-enabling NCP.

beta: I call it beta because it is difficult to test, the actual change concerns the loading order of plugins and their enabling. So if this fails, it will fail when loading the plugin with a ClassDefNotFoundException. Tests used to fail on a remote test server and now it works with this version, but the load order might also depend on other factors, so i can not be 100% sure it will work everywhere, so: please report if it does not load !

The plugins section in the configuration will get overwritten with this version, it is not needed anymore by default.

You must have the CraftBukkit developement build 2327 or higher to use the set-speed hook !

FOR USE WITH the latest developement versions of NoCheatPlus 3.7 only:
