What steps will reproduce the problem?
i created a new server to test this for you

1. install latest cb 1.7 R1.0
2. install permissionsex and vault and latest commandpoints
3. add only the commandpoints.points perm to your group
4. join server and transfer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the /commandpoints transfer to be blocked due to not having the perms,
Instead it still works.

What version of the product are you using?
v0.9

Do you have an error log of what happened?

You don't have any sort of '*' perm right?

I think CommandPoint's permission system might need an update.

Nope. I've done a lot of different things. even changing the commandpoints.transfer perm to default:op in plugin.yml and nothing.

I believe that the transfer command may be dependent on the commandpoints.points for some reason.

Just took away ALL perms. Still works.... the infinitekits plugin has this issue and the dev even said he would fix it in the next release so i think its the plugin for sure. nothing else is showing similar symptoms on my live server.

Yea I'm pretty sure CommandPoint's permissions handling is out of date now. I'll try to get it fixed as soon as I have time.
