What steps will reproduce the problem? &rainbow wont work. it would appear ainbow+text withouth rainbow colours

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Rainbow colors when speaking in letters. Boring white letters :(

What version of ColorMe are you using? v3.8.1

Do you have an error log of what happened? (server.log) No

Please provide any additional information below.
I have the same version as in other servers, but in other servers it will work but in mine wont work :( How i fix it?

Are you using any chat relevant plugins, too?

I have essentials and Factions plguins as chat relevant plugins. But i have "Soft mode: false" in ColorMe configuration so it should override them
