Do you hate it when there is a server event (such as a photo take) and your player is just sitting at spawn not doing anything but just talking? Do you tear out your hair when nearly all the players on your server are on Minechat and no one is doing anything but standing and talking?

What is Client Gate?
Client gate is a plugin that stops Minechat Clients/Users from entering your server and will only let Minecraft Clients Join
What is Minechat?
For server owners who don't know what it is then let me explain: Minechat is a iOS application that lets Minecraft Users talk to players on a minecraft server, however Minechat users cannot move or see as they only see the text in the current chat.
Plugin Notice
This plugin is still being developed! Please don't comment "When is it going to be out yet" or "When is the plugin due to be released?" as this really frustrates me and gets on my nerves!

Posted Oct 17, 2015You have to edit this. "stops Minechat Clients/Users from entering" because it is impossible. Yeah you can probelly detect it after login. But as you write it they can't join at all.

Posted Apr 19, 2015I would like to see an option that simply moves a minechat user out of the way or to a configurable coordinate so they don't block the spawn square !!
Is this possible to add ?I don't mind chat or minechat clients at all - but I hate those ghosts blocking spawn and the visibility of spawn.
Nice plugin with tons of potential !!

This plugin that I am working will block the player chatting unless they move about, we all know that minechat is a text based application that will not move your minecraft player.

Posted Jan 16, 2014Just out of curiosity, how do you plan to do this? Minechat and Minecraft clients use the same features to connect to the server. There is almost no difference between the two connection processes.
