NOTE: This plugin requires you have Vault enabled on your server
This is a very simple way to handle griefers. It allows Player's to buy specific Chunks in the World so only they (and admins) can build there. Admins can limit how many Chunks each player can own, and Players can add Co-owners to allow them building rights.

You got to jump on it in order to trample it. This is new in 1.1. Also we got apples from the oaks now! And sheeps eating a tall grass and grass block(changing it to dirt) now to regain their wool!
Double checked on farmland it is works fine with the latest stable build of 1.1 (recommended)

I believe the soil issue is a bukkit problem. I am running no plugins at the moments and still can't trample on the soil.

Grass blocks(ID:2) wont spread over dirt(ID:3) and soil blocks(ID:60) wont tramp when jumped on it. Also can you make sure that Mycelium(ID:110) speading as well? It is having same mechanics as grass block. Does the long grass(ID:31) spawn? It is hard to check as its spawn randomly...

What kinda of grass are we talking about? long grass or grass blocks?

Love this Plugin! One thing that I think you should add though is no Mob damage to your bought chunks.
On my server there have been many complaints about players just gathering creepers up and bringing them to other player(s) house and blowing it up. Its really annoying. If you could make it so your bought chunks are also protected from Mob damage that would be awesome.

Orebfuscator is a admin tool so make a perm group for your self and others exclude Orebfuscator perms for players and ChunkOwn perms for yourself....quick fix. What bothers me more that is this become inactive...
conflict with plugin Orebfuscator ( /chunk )

I've had to take a week off from updating my plugins for personal reasons, I have fixed the grass bug though (just haven't pushed the update yet). I would rather not make worldguard a requirement but I want to support dynmaps. Not sure what I am going to do yet, I still have to look into worldguard/dynmaps but it won't be till next week.

Sorry that I have been inactive, I plan on fixing skyland chunks, adding an option to revert Chunks to their original Blocks when they are disowned, and adding other features when I can back to working on my plugins.
Dear Dev, please tie this into worldguard. Make worldguard a requirement, and use that mechanic to protect chunks. As it stands, the grass not growing bug is annoying, and that no one can see which land is owned on dynmaps, is also annoying.
I really like this plugin, love it, even. But it'd just be alot easier if the protection method used, was universal, and recognized by other plugins.
I've seen other plugins which require worldguard for their protection, and they work smoothly with it. I'm certain chunkown would benefit greatly from this.

If you are talking about dev build then I confirm your problem! I got samething. After disabling Spout I still getting this when performing "/chunk buy" :

Grass is not growing in bought chunks.

Any chance we can get this to follow the rules of worldguard? Namely, that regions will show up on dynmaps as worldguarded regions, and that the chests will be protected from other players.
Last requests is that glass blocks disappear from previews after a certain time. Lots of those blocks around the world, now.

Totally agree! I think Precious Stones do have client side preview...But that is pretty complicated and laggy plug-in imho...

dev builds? ah, that's it. yup, it's all good again. I just wish when it placed glass blocks on preview, it would only be visible to the client... :\

This is looks like your spout going crazy :)
Try to update ur server if u are using Dev builds and same for spout. I have updated mine yesterday and those work fine for me. Also have you installed latest Vault? If nothing helps add me to skype: dominic.burton I'm pretty sure we can figure that out!

I'm running Dev-builds and it's working great in regular worlds! However there is bug with corner blocks being placed in void...so no Skylands support
