/chimney std /chimney tgt and /chimney wand should show menu if you don't have permission to create a chimney or toggle a wand or you've passed in incorrect amount of parameters. Please check your permissions setting. Set your permission system in config to "None" and reload the server. Then, try typing /chimney tgt . Plugin with permission system "None" shouldn't make attempts to verify permissions, so you'll see if your permission setup is correct. If it's incorrect, check the main page for available permission nodes and check configuration of your permissions plugin.
