I am wanting to allow easy edits to shops when an admin clicks the sign with another sign in hand (or some other method?).  Often, we will mistype a number or want to change the prices in the future, so we currently have to break the sign and replace it.  Are you able to add an API method to "Update" the chestshop?  I can handle the sign changing, but would like a good way to let ChestShop know that the shop has changed.

This can be done by simply calling the SignChangeEvent after the edit is done in a similar way as other sign edit plugins/functions (like the one in CraftBook) do it.
