Add Item Icons to your ChestShop shops!
ChestIcon is an add-on plugin to ChestShop (http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/chestshop). ChestIcon will add floating items to the tops of the chests that are shops made with ChestShop. This plugin is very simple... plug and play. Once the plugin is installed, any shop that you make will be given an icon. (This plugin will not add icons to existing shops. Shops must be remade to gain icons.)
ChestIcon has no config, no commands, and no permissions! If you have any suggestions to improve this add-on, please let us know!

Posted Oct 8, 2018Doesn t work in 1.12.2, when someone create a new shop the item spawn but it spawn like a real item and someone can take it like a normal item

Posted May 5, 2016This plugin has a serious conflict with the way chat now works. It replaces all chatformatting from plugins like PermissionsEx, Factions and ChatEx with eather nothing for normal uses and admin for ops.

Posted Jun 10, 2015Okay, so I found a dupe bug, ill list the steps here. A quick fix would be appreciated asap.
1: Place a cest and create a sign to make it a chest shop, for this example it is a beacon shop, no other details of this shop matter etc.
2. Using the SAME chest, place ANOTHER sign next to it or infront of it, making another shop for the same item, a Beacon.
3: break the chest, the items should continue spawning in the air above where the chest used to be.
4: place a hopper either where the chest was, or the block below it. The item will fall into the hopper and players will be able to take that item from the hopper as though it was a normal item.
Solution would be to make something so no double signs can be added unless you have a better idea. Love the plugin, and would love to see a fix asap. If there is none, the plugin might need to go.

That sounds like a great idea. Then it could be used as either some VIP-addon or just used for the servers own shops. ;)
Damn I felt dumb when I tried to use this the first time. Got errors like hell, read through them and saw something about dependency itemstay missing. Thought "what the hell, never saw anything about that" and went back here. I must have been blind or something lol.
Short: I love this plugin! Thank you for making it! :D

Posted Feb 23, 2015I think maybe it'd be a good idea to add permissions to those who are able to use the ChestIcon and those who are unable to because large servers with lots of ChestIcons floating above it may cause some lag and I just think it'd be nice to limit it to a select few :) Thanks for reading.

EDIT: After updating everything, and getting no more errors (Had a few because of outdated FactionsUUID), this is the error that shows up: http://paste.ee/p/8wpdR
EDIT 2: I found the bug. I made shops in a wall, no chests (Admin Shop). That's why items don't show up... Could you please add an exception for these cases? :P

As long as ItemStay is installed and working properly, no one should be able to pick up the items ever.
