Version 1.5.8 - 4 MODIFIERS + CONSOLE COMMANDS!

• Massive Update! You can now use all features of the original ChatColor apart from the GUI. It is unknown whether I will add this in the future.
• New Features:
  • Set anyone's color, online or offline, with four modifiers!
  • Set anyone's color from the console, again with four modifiers!
• Fixed massive bug (sorry for not realizing) which only allowed online players' colors to be changed! :o
• This took a lot of work to pull off, I hope you guys enjoy it!
