Version 1.2.9 Lots of large changes!

• /chatcolor toggle - Changed to /chatcolor set <setting> <value>
  • Lots of new settings! notify-others, confirm-timeout, join-message, default-color
  • color-override now works correctly.
• /chatcolor rainbow - Few problems with color messages. Fixed though :)
• /chatcolor <player> <color> - Changes an ONLINE players color! Offline coming soon!
• /chatcolor <color> <modifier> - One modifier added (bold, underlined etc)
• Lots of bug fixes and problems solved!
