Chatblind

Summary

Allows you to send an alert to a player who is not paying attention to the chat.

This alert will not only display a message to the player but it will also play a sound to get their attention.

Send an alert to a specified player (if the sending player has the permission to)
Receive alerts from other players
Send alerts to players from the Console

Command	Function	Permission
/chatblind alert <username>	Sends an alert to the specified player	chatblind.alert

I am open to suggestions for more aliases.

There currently is not a configuration for this plugin.
