Chat Manager Lite
Mange your chat easily now!
You can now toggle and clear chat. You can also talk while chat is disabled with one permission! This is my first plugin, but it was bug tested so it works perfectly fine. You can also use the config for changing messages and the prefix!
Permissions: chatmanager.toggle - Be able to toggle chat. chatmanager.chat - Be able to talk even when disabled! chatmanager.clear - Clear the chat.
Commands: /chat toggle - Toggles the chat /chat clear - Clears the chat

This project is now going abandoned in favor of "Chat Manager" (Mine, not referring to others), this project has now been changed over to the MIT license, and is open for your use. An update to "Chat Manager" will be coming soon to get it up to date with 1.10.

A FULL version of this plugin will be released soon. What do I mean by full version? If you can tell by the "Lite" part in the name it represents a version without all the features. The full version has been done for a while (Over 3 months actually) but I figured I mind as well release it. I'm using it with a private API of mine, so I will be removing api links from it to release it for you guys.
Also recommend features as I will most likely add them!
