ChatGuard 7 was written from scratch and now is open source

• Comands /cg mute/unmute are back
• /cg unban command which removes word from swearlist
• Bad words/spam highlighting in inform messages
• New messages and setting
• Improved max nums counter
• Permission to ignore /cg cc ALL
• More debug information

Fixed bugs:

• Swear and spam filter doesnt remove the whole word if found smth bad
• Swear filter couldn't check non-english words written in caps
• Whitelistintg doesnt work correctly
• Signs is checking for flood
• Metrics sends wrong information about Charater filter
• Only the last filter clears message
• Some command listening bug
