Added ability to use color codes on signs, if player has permission.
Permission to use any color and font code on signs: simplecolors.sign.all
Permission to use any color code on signs: simplecolors.sign.color
Permission to use any font code on signs: simplecolors.sign.font
You now need a permission to list the color tags.
Permission to list colors: simplecolors.list
You can now type /colors normal for a list of the normal color codes.
Requires permission to list color tags.
General improvements.
Please note: If you are using this plugin on a server that also supports 1.8: Longer lines of text may be cut off, due to the update to signs in 1.8 (Lines longer than 15 characters will be cut off)
