What steps will reproduce the problem?

to be able to sit on any step, except the end seats

no errors

this makes no sense at all. config is pretty much default

Block under the chair should be solid.

you can only sit on the stair block on either end of the bleachers, but none of the others.

Should be fixed now i guess
