Features:

  • Creatures can adapt their appearance depending on the environment

  • You can configure which skins they take, on which blocks, ...
  • Players can also camouflage themselves by sneaking (fun for PVP)
  • Players can dupe creatures when camouflaged and have a chance to make a "special blow"
  • Energy management (by default, camouflage suit consumes redstone powder)
  • Configurable sound effects and HUD
  • You can decide to only accept SpoutCraft users or not
  • You can choose to impose a specific texture pack to fully integrate yours "chameleon creatures"
  • If an official texture pack is set, it will be automatically download by players and applied
  • A fully documented (english and french) default config file is created if you don't have one
  • Your players will have a "predator vision" when camouflaged
  • You can reload the config without reboot the server

Usage:

Play as usual, except you should take more care about hostile creatures… They could be just near you :)
If you have the permission to use the camouflage suit, activate it by pressing the C key *
Then, when you sneak, you camouflage yourself in the environment from creatures (and also players).
Depending of your admin choices, it can have a cost (by default, camouflage consumes redstone).

* : The toggle key to activate / disactivate the camouflage suit can be changed in your SpoutCraft control options.
