Fixed doors
fixed npe's caused by outdated and ancient particle handling
moved perks in inventory to remove technical limitations caused by them being in your hotbar
added timed_teleporter signs, they use the same teleporters as normal and same command, but they have a config value for how long to tp you back to game warp after the amount of seconds specified
fixed lots of little bits and pieces

Known issues:
- barriers still do not function
- kits bork out sometimes (reloading plugin fixes this in my tests)
- lots and lots of missing features but this is much more complete than 1.2.8.1 was
