What is it?

Bottn is a highly scalable ban network for minecraft servers using the popular mod Bukkit. Bottn is not just a normal ban system, but also a system that learns and adapts to the community and the players on your server. When a player connects to your server with the Bottn plugin installed we screen and do a background check of the player to see if they are going to be a good fit for your community based on the settings you have set in your server configuration file. Some of the many features that are included with Bottn are Player Screening, Geo IP Blocking, High Risk IP Blocking, Concurrent User Blocking, and much more! If you are interested in using Bottn on your server all you need to do is sign-up your server on our website and then install the plugin on your Bukkit server and you are all good to go!

How does it work?

1. Player Connects to Server
2. Bottn Plugin Checks with BottnAPI to gather information on the player
3. Depending on your config file Bottn will kick or allow the player to play!

• The Bottn Plugin does contact our website through the BottnAPI, and we do collect information about players to help protect your server.

Commands/ Permissions

/bottn - Displays the about information for the Bottn Plugin

/bhelp - Displays Commands related to Bottn

/ban - Bans the player and reports it to Bottn.com

/unban - UnBans the player are reports it to Bottn.com

/bsync - Syncs the Bottn.com Bans Locally

/binfo - Shows information about the player inputted

/blink - Links server to Bottn.com for the first time
