v8 - Bugfix release

• Properly plants trees in a 2x2 fashion when needed
• 10% of jungle trees will become large jungle trees
• Fix NPE when running on empty worlds due to no players being on the entire world
• Allow certain protection plugins to be disabled
• Randomize plant picking order, better distributes planting choice at each location

This code has only been lightly tested! May grow a tree through your house! Use at your own risk!

Please delete plants.csv from your plugin folder so that you get new plant rules automatically
