V5 - bugfix release

• Drop base planting rate to 1 attempt every 20 ticks (1/second)
• Randomize plant density by location, so we don't grow regular patterns
• Do not plant chunks that are loaded less than 5 minutes ago - prevents large amounts of chunk loads due to cascading scans
• Fix all the protection plugins - tested - now works as expected with towny etc. etc.

This code has only been lightly tested! May grow a tree through your house! Use at your own risk!
