BOSEconomy
This plugin is no longer supported.
I have not updated this plugin in over a year, I barely even play Minecraft anymore, I've gotten a full-time job, and nobody else on the team is interested in developing it either. It's time to put it to rest. With the release of name changing in Minecraft 1.8, this plugin is no longer functional. Please do not use it anymore. The code is mediocre at best, and was written by a college student with no real-world programming experience. You really shouldn't want the source code. If somebody comes up with a script to convert BOSEconomy files to work with a different economy plugin, let me know via PM and I can include it on this page.
Thanks for the support I got while it lasted, and sorry for going silent and letting everyone down.

BOSEconomy is a simple, lightweight economy plugin. Every player owns an amount of currency and can make simple payments between one another. Read below to see all of the available features.
BOSEconomy stands for "Brotherhood of Slaughter Economy". The plugin was originally designed for our community's Minecraft server.
Features:
- Simplicity: install and go setup. Place the plugin in your folder and modify the files.
- Flexibility: Robust system able to accommodate the simplest of economy setups or the most complex economic setups to date.
- Reliability: Works with almost every Bukkit update without any need to update our plugin. ( no long waits for plugin fixes upon new Bukkit release )
- Standard: One of the leading Economy plugins. Backed by plugin API's such as Vault and Register. This means any plugin that uses vault or register as its backbone will make our plugin work with it without any need to change either persons code.
- Scalability: Control the functions of your econ based off of the size of your server base. With in game commands to modify almost every aspect of the plugin there is nothing you cant control.
- Ingenuity: Procedures put in place that provide the server owner with the "Sky is the limit" mindset. With options and controls to almost every aspect of the plugin there are hundreds of ways to make an econ system.
- Dependable: This plugin is constantly monitored and maintained. One of the most annoying factors to server owners is when a plugin loses support because of the owners disinterest in Minecraft. That will not occur with this as my communities server is very popular and proves to be a cornerstone for our gaming needs.

The wonderful thing is, it still works for 1.7.9
This plugins probably wont be updated. All the developers have already abandoned the project.
@Dyenx999
I use it in 1.7.2 without issues. Don't know about multiworld however.
This is dead. too bad...
Will this be updated to support UUID? I am in need of a good economy plugin and this sounds great.
When is this plugin going to be update to 1.7.2 and have multiworld support ?
Can I create a percentage wake/sub bracket? I can only set a fix sum for a Bracket.
Expempel:
Player one: 1000$ Admin get 10%: 100$
Player tow: 500$ Admin get 10%: 50$
Is there any way to convert CraftConomy (SQLite) to BOSEconomy (txt) ? A crusial plugin seems not to be compatible with craftconomy, but it is with BOSEcomony. It could be converted by hand, but with 890 accounts, its gonna take a while.
UUID support for 1.7.9?
@wersty
You can create separate brackets, however I'm pretty sure you have to manually add them to the bracket.
is there a way I could make it so that people with certain permissions/ranks earn coins at a faster rate?
do you support UUiDS
Hey, I was wondering if I can set a maximum amount of money on the server? I want a realistic economy and a limit to the money in the bank.
I'm using cb1.7.2-r0.3 and sometimes, I have double or triple amount when I loot currency. I guess it's not working?
What is the permission-nodes used for int he brackets.txt file? Does this define bracket membership, bracket access, or does it add permissions if you are in the bracket?
Found my own answer. Looked through all the change logs.
I read somewhere that bracket membership was going to be updated to use permission. Has this been added, if not, is there any idea when it will be added?
It will support UUIDs, I've talked with one of the developers.
Does this support UUIDs?
Hi I was wanting to know how to disable a player from getting money from mobs. example: "melee turtles from computercraft are considered players(along with other turtle types) and they can harvest money from mob traps when you are using custom currency that the owner of the turtle can the retrive."
we wanted to stop this because of a few uber combos in ftb that can make you ultra rich scary fast.
Also, I noticed that when I set the playtime based income (time on server = income per hour, day, week, etc) to $10 per hour it only gives players a maximum of $7.66. Is this something that can be fixed?
One of my players has mentioned that his account is losing money for some reason, even though boseconomy says it is paying him. There have been a few times in the past where it would have been nice to be able to check boseconomy's records.
Does boseconomy have a log and if so how do i go about finding/opening it? I tried opening the .dat file but it doesn't seem to open with notepad, excel, vlc, or any of the other programs people suggest using.
Thanks.
