This is a plugin that allows players with permission to blow people up upon a command i recommend only allowing donators to use this.

Commands:
/bmu [player] - Blows up the selected player.
/bmu reload - Reloads the config.yml

Permissions:
bmu.blowmyselfup - Allows the player to blow themselves up.
bmu.explode.others - Allows the player to blow other players up.
bmu.admin.reload - Allows an admin to reload the plugin.
This plugin may take a while to develop so please wait.
