• Fixed fullbright notify sending out a permission notify.
• Added varius settings to fullbright prevention.
• Fixed grass not spreading.
• Re-added block growth prevention.
• Now using diamond inference for arraylists & hashmaps.
• Fixed chat blacklist not listening to blacklist settings, resulting players being kicked no matter what.

I'm sorry for the bother about grass not spreading, I found out there's two events listening to grass growth, and "of course" I made a mistake with one of them.
