• Cleaned the event register manager.
• Added complete prevention of block spreading.
• Added a new config - mobsConfig (MobControl)
• Added a lot of new creature spawn controling. (adding more soon)

Theres a little mess in the creature prevention code.. gona clean it soon. (shouldn't harm you at all)
