- Fixed duped message alerts when a player is realoading the config.
- Seperated the configs, blacklists now has their own config.
- Changed the default string in the blacklists.

- Removed support for 1.1 as the craftbukkit of 1.1 is really buggy. (it does not respond to ANY of the configs)
