• New feature: Disallow a user/group to break TNT. "blockthattnt.break to allow".

• FIXED placing a powered Redstone torch/lever etc, then place TNT next to it, then the TNT explodes (this is fixed from version 1.2+).
• Cleaned the plugin a little.
• Added - When/if a player tries to place tnt he/she would get a warning.
• Added - When a player tries to place tnt, it will log to console and broadcast that the player tried to place tnt.
• Fixed op permissions, Seems to work much better now, after I cleaned up some stuf.
