added anvils to disallowed blocks(physics dupe issues)
added wood button to twostate door checks & redstonechecks
added new crop types to twostate door checks
removed some redundent code and classes
added bat, witch, wither, and witherskull to zone detection
updated internal and external databases for new block id's
added a database corruption failsafe.

Has mob database issues with builds above 1.4.5 therefore is not compatible with bukkit builds above 1.4.5
