What is the issue?
I do not think /bm warp is working.

How do you make this issue happen>
1. Type /bm warp set.
2. Type /bm warp to.
3.

What do you think should be happening?
I think there should only be one command, /bm warp  and it should be compatible with essentials warps.

What version of both Bukkit and the plugin are you using?
Of the plugin...the latest one for minecraft 1.5.2 (1.4.1
For the CraftBukkit...Im not sure which one im using. Something on 1.6.2, probably the recommended build.
Do you have an error log of what happened?
No I don't, all I know is when i tried to use the command it gave me /bm like I had used a wrong command.

It's ok though because we have essentials and I can use that for the command thing...I'm pretty sure you would have realized by now this isn't working, but I thought I would just report this bug just to make sure I'm not missing something incredibly obvious or just in case you haven't heard of it yet.

Thank you for reporting this (ya first one to report something :D) however as far as i can tell there is no bug with the warp command in the way I think your talking about. please try to do the command again and tell me if the problem continues. you should be using the command like so

1. create a new block message area or go INTO an old one
2. while inside the block message area type the command "/bm warp set"
3. move to the location you would like the warp to lead to
4. type the command "/bm warp to"
5. return to the location of the block message and test that it is working
6. IF IT DOES NOT WORK type the command "/bm start" and try again

if the problem still continues then leave a comment here and I will do further testing to see if I can replicate the problem. Thank you.

Or, use the cmd command and add essentials warp command.
