You can limit the installation of blocks.
You can find out how to use it by looking at /bc help.
I'll be able to limit it to each world later.

BanBlock:
--TNT #Block name (uppercase) that cannot be placed
--LAVA
WhiteWorld:
--Whiteworld #BanBlock World name that allows you to place it
