  Cooldown as in second before players can use command again.

  Cooldown as in second before players can use command again.
• DoubleXP-Radius: 12
  Radius from where plugin checks if killer had any friends nearby (related to monster location)..
• DoubleXP-Amount: 4
  Amount of bonus XP received, example if monster would normally drop 5 XP, setting amount to 4 would give 9 XP in total.
