+ Refactored config to better represent settings, please delete your old config before updating or review change log.

+ Added the option to prevent the destruction of fence posts when an entity is tied to it in the configuration as "prevent-damage.block".

* Fixed LeashHitches ignoring permissions when left-clicked instead of right-clicked.

* Moved "require-ownership" to "ownership" with the name "enabled".

* Moved "preventDamage" to "ownership" and separated into the catagories of "prevent-damage.entity" and "prevent-damge.block".

* Moved "allowed-mobs" to "global".

If "prevent-damage.entity" is set to true, pets cannot be damaged at all by hostile players. This can be less than desirable for things like Faction servers, and servers where PVP is used in combination with Pets. This issue may be corrected in the future based on feedback.
