What's BetterBan?

BetterBan allows you to ban players who are breaking rules easier. BetterBan styles ban messages as well as kick messages. You also have the ability to put your server into maintenance mode, preventing certain players joining the server while your staff are doing tasks such as fixing up grief, building, preparing for an event, or even testing new plugins.

Permissions

• betterban.ban - Allows the user to ban players
• betterban.ban.bypass - Lets the player bypass a ban
• betterban.unban - Lets the player unban banned players
• betterban.kickall - Lets the player kick all players off the server
• betterban.kickall.bypass - Prevents getting kicked when the kickall command has been executed
• betterban.maint - Allows the user to use the maintenance command
• betterban.maint.bypass - Lets the user bypass maintenance
• betterban.kick - Lets the player kick other players

Commands

• /ban <Player Name> [Reason for Ban]
• /kick <Player Name> [Reason for Kick]
• /unban <Player Name>
• /kickall [Reason for mass Kick]
• /maint <State (on/off)>

Bugs

• Config file breaks and looses comments when server turns off
• Certain plugins (Possibly Essentials???) break the login/quit messages.
