Better Broadcast

A simple way of broadcasting professional, customizable messages

So, recently, I was asked to make a custom plugin for a server I admin on. The plugin allowed the use of a command to broadcast the server name, and then a player sent message. The players on the server loved the plugin, along with the owner. I decided to make the code more customizable, and more global, so now everybody can download it. This is the result.

Commands

There is only one command for the plugin. That command is /bb <message>

Permissions

The permissions are configurable with the config.yml included in the plugin. So really the permissions are anything you want them to be, then just add .say So for example: example.say

TODO List

• Open plugin for BETA testing on the bukkit forums Done, beta now available.
• Post GitHub repo Done, GitHub repo added.
• Remove any bugs that were found with the closed alpha and open beta testing. !UPDATE! This may take a while, as more bugs have been found in closed alpha then originally planned for.
• Add as many recomended features as possible (list will be updated)
• Release the plugin publicly.

A note about Compatibility

The newest version of the plugin was built using the 1.6.4 recomended bukkit build. This means that I don't know how it will interact with 1.7.2, or any version later than that (yet).
