Added /bw command

Barbed Wires can, for the time being, be acquired by using the /bw command. It's used as follows:

• /bw

or

• /bw 64 (to get 64 barbed wires).

Next version will get a unique recipe for crafting barbed wires

I'm also looking at implementing the fact that only crafted barbed wires will damage players, so world generated ones won't deal damage.

Only deals damage when the player moves.
