BanList
Hello Everyone!
CommandBook is awesome at what it does, but doesn't have a banlist command to see everyone who is banned. I wrote this plugin quickly for my server, and thought someone may want it. It shows the person who is banned and the reason. Since writing it, it has gotten many more downloads then I expected, so I decided to make it even better.
This may work with other ban plugins, but I have not tested it with anything other than CommandBook. If you would like to try it with another ban plugin, change the config file to point to the correct ban file. If it works, please let me know, and I will note it on here along with giving you credit for testing.

By time do you mean the time they were banned or how much time remains on a temp ban? Both of those I can probably do.
As far as who did the ban I can't help you, CommandBook doesn't capture it, so I don't have it to show. Talk to sk89q and see if you can get him to start capturing it, and I would be happy to add it.
