I'm getting an odd error with the 2.3.2 snapshot:
The .db file is there where it has always been. Maybe the missing slashes are a hint?
Using the 2.3.2 version, temp ban still don't work.
@grandwazir
all good :D
There is a new development build for people to test here: http://repository.james.richardson.name/snapshots/name/richardson/james/bukkit/ban-hammer/2.3.2-SNAPSHOT/ban-hammer-2.3.2-20140417.204406-2-shaded.jar. Please let me know if you have any issues otherwise I will do a proper release this weekend.
@grandwazir
Np, keep up the good work :)
Sorry for the lack of updates recently - I am hoping to get something done on this during my holiday this week.
I am aware of temporary bans not working correctly and will be looking to update that shortly.
@rustyshakelford2
Have you turned debugging on by any chance?
@rylinaux
Yes, I am considering how to migrate to the new system.
@vOnRyZeN
@ItsDavidOkay
Confirmed!
Hello timed temporary bans do not work in the latest version. Was wondering if you could push an update! Thanks! Love the plugin!

Hi,
Time NOT working
ie - ban <player> Griefing t:3d
rather <player> gets permanently banned.
Thnx in advance
Is there a way to make the console output for this plugin a little less verbose? When a player joins an entire page of text appears showing it looking them up in the database and everything.
Are there plans in place to convert to the new UUID system instead of the old player name based bans?
grandwazir,
I don't know why it won't work. . . I havn't changed any settings or configured anything. I'm assuming it should work upon proper installation with MYSQL Lite?
Maybe I'm missing a step.
Spigot had a major issue today, pushed a lot of us to do either backporting to a fix or go to the 1.7.5.
BanHammer doesn't kick any errors but we lost the non-permaban option as well. I tried various formats for times but all bans automatically go to Perma.
Thanks for a great plugin, just wanted to chime in with some info.
@PhreakLlamas
That means there was a problem enabling the plugin. See your server log for more details.
@Remi_Scarlet
Thanks for reporting the bugs. I will look into them.
Ugh I've been trying to get banhammer to work for 2 weeks now. It's one of my favorite plugins but I can't get it to work!! :(
I have tried installing each dev build but I keep getting the error in game
/bh [check:history:purge:recent:reload] when I type /bh
I don't have any ban commands and nothing functions. Please let me know how I can fix this. =(
Ah, found one small bug. Doesn't affect anything in-game, but a little stacktrace on console nonetheless.

I wouldn't say it's a very high priority but here's to documenting bugs! (Not sure it serious enough to warrant a ticket)
edit:
Another bug found! This one is a bit more serious as non-permanent bans aren't working. I'll file a ticket for this one.
@xSnowBlitzz718
Should do yes.
Woops, sorry it took a bit for me to check. Was on spring break :)
A precursory test seems to indicate all is well with no immediate issues. I'll report back if anything funky does come up, though. Thanks so much for the fix! Punctuations missing from ban reasons and appeal urls looked pretty bad :P
Thanks!
