About bSpace
bSpace is the one and only plugin that generates spaceworlds for your server! Ever wanted to fly around in space and make awesome looking spaceships? You can now do that and many other things with bSpace! Just want an awesome world generator? Well, we can offer that too!
NOTICE
bSpace is in the mature stage of this plugin. As such, I do not spend much time on it at all. However, I do generally post bug fixes, especially for bigger bugs. If you would like a new feature, please make a ticket (top of page) for it. Unfortunately, my Jenkins server has been disabled, so I can't post any dev builds.
Features
- Spaceworlds with customizable planet and asteroid generation
- Spacehelmets and suits, can be turned on and off
- Pail (a Bukkit GUI) support - Pail is outdated. Don't expect support in the future.
- World manager support
- Basic breathable areas (where no helmets or suits are required)
- Awesome Spout features such as gravity and black holes
bSpace has many other features, but because we want to save some space (get it?), we only list the most important ones. If you want to know what the spaceworlds look like, you can hop onto the Images-section.
The following video is very old and does not accurately represent the current state of bSpace. However, it does show the basic planet generation. I do not have control over it.

What should I choose?
- Downloading from Jenkins is reccomended; it provides the most flexible downloads of everything:
- Download the development for untested fixes/bugs.
- Download the tested build for builds that have no known bugs, but have features or fixes not in the release build
- Download the release build if you want a build that has been built solely as a wrap-up of new features or fixes.
If you have trouble installing, don't forget to check our very own installing and updating guide. There are links to all guides below, under the giant Pages-text. There are also some guides for developers.

I haven't found how can we change how black holes are generater ? (i.e : how can we change rarity of black holes ?)
@kitskub
V2 generates fine took me all of 5min to figure out the new setup although it no longer likes a my shell and core sizes had to decrease max shell size by 20 or it generate an exception.
Oh and Im wondering about this issue.
This is the continuation of and issue I have been having that only effects world generated by this, Note that I do use Bukkit R2 not R1 reco but it was to try fix the issue and it does not Clicking the post bergerkiller quoted should get the u the first post.
Sorry!
There have been multiple people with the same issue, so I investigated. In our instructions, a remnant of BananaSpace was left on accident. It has been fixed. Anytime you see BananaSpace do NOT use that; use bSpace. Again, sorry for the confusion.
@SourPwnage
I read your posts and I am unhappy at your dissatisfaction. If you want to PM me with your problems, or if you have IRC #bananacode or #iffa, then I will help you ASAP.
@Arxfatal
I'm sorry to hear about your troubles. In pre-v2 versions, bSpace(then BananaSpace) did use commands to create worlds. The reason why we moved away from that was ultimately multi-world manager compatibility and end-result ease-of-use. If you want to give bSpace another try, but need help, you can also PM me, or iffa. Or if you use IRC #bananacode or #iffa.
@po5
What messages are you getting in the console? I can't think of any one thing that is resource intensive. Maybe whatever is cluttering up the console is key.
I almost have it but it says BananaSpace is not a plugin when i try to generate the world. FML
PLEASE DON'T GET MAD AT ME BUT.. MY HEAD IS HURTING! I'VE BEEN TRYING TO DO THIS FOR LIKE 4 HOURS. I HAVE NO F-ING CLUE WHAT TO DO BECAUSE YOUR INSTALLATION GUIDE IS SO CONFUSING. PLEASE EITHER EXPLAIN TO ME VERY EASILY OR GIVE ME SOME PRE MADE FILES OR SOMETHING! PLEASE!! I HAVE SUCH A HEADACHE
Great Work with this plugin, although ur installation instructions are a real pain in the ass!!!! cant u just make an in game command to create the world based on the ID's? I was playing with bukkit.yml doing nothing all the time, followed every instruction...still nothing, so i ended downloading Planetoids mod and made my world through it. lol!! Plz make a more noob friendly installation guide..or just provide a bukkit.yml with the right commands in it thx! and thx for your work its awsome.
Hello, I have installed this plugin and can not seem to get it to work with multiverse. It probably is some completely noobish error im doing but here is what i have been doing. I have been using the command "/mv create Space normal -g BananaSpace:1" and every time it creates the world it has a normal world seed without space at all and when i do "/space enter Space" it says it is not a space world, which obviously it is not. If anybody could help me that would be greatly apprieciated. I am using bSpace v2 by the way with the proper bukkit build and the 1337 version of multiverse. I also have tried to make this world generate in the bukkit.yml file with a format like this: worlds: space: generator: BananaSpace
When doing that, it does not even attempt to generate a world on the server reboot. All the in game commands work just fine but the generation in general just does not work. Pl0x help this noob XD
hi:) When using bSpace v2 i notice my server will have spikes, and get cant keep up messages in console even with just 9 people on.
Its decent hardware, its an i7 2600 with 16gb ram. It lags even if no-one is in space. If i unload the world the server will run spike free again. Is there anything i could try and disable, which could be particularly resource intensive?
Hey. For some reason the spout gravity stays when i leave the spaceworld. im using v2 on the RB 1.0.1
@iffa2
Nevermind I found the problem.I messed up the ID but thank you for the help
@iffa2
Im sure I did but i'll check again
I made another world but it said it again.I dont know what im doing wrong
@Gamerguy21
Did you set it to use the space generator?
@iffa2
When I did that it says "That world is not a space world"
@Gamerguy21
Anything you like, normal, nether...?
Call me an idiot,but Which Environment do we use on Multiverse?I already know we CANT use Skylands so which one?
please respond//
