Added Parry: Blocking while holding a Smite sword will afflict the attacker with slowness and weakness
Simplified Configuration: Changed config so that base and scale values are in the same variable
Dispensers can automatically equip armor when powered by redstone. As there is no way that I currently know to test for this without lots of redstone detection (which may cause lag), speed modifiers won't take effect for armor equipped this way until the player interacts (left or right clicks), or clicks a slot in their inventory. This should have minimal effect in combat, as the player is required to left or right click in order to fight.
