0ct0ber's Balanced Enchantments
Overview
Balanced Enchantments is a combat plugin meant to give players more options about their fighting style. Some tactics in combat are overpowered yet extremely easy to use or control, such as Juggernaut (High protection, diamond armor), or Teaming (Agreeing with another player to attack a lone player). This plugin doesn't remove those tactics, but makes them less effective or have a weakness, and adds room for other possible combat styles. At the same time, it removes that "uselessness" of certain enchantments in survival, while not making them overpowered in combat.
Features
- Uses as little resources as possible to not drink up your Memory and thus cause lag
- Command to view your statistics changed by the plugin (/benchants view)
- Six new enchantment effects: Cleaving, Knockback Resistance, Tank Slowness, Sword Parrying, Light Feet, Poisoned Blade
- All enchantments modifiable and disable able
- Sounds on certain enchantment uses
Planned Features
Light Feet: Feather Falling makes you walk faster while sprintingParrying: Smite swords effect enemies with slowness and weakness for a short period when blockingVenom: Bane of Arthropods carries a Spider's poison! Deal slow damage bypassing armor- Flame Deflection: If a player with Fire Protection is on fire and are attacked, they have a chance to spread the flames to the attacker
- Heavy Blast: Axes with the Unbreaking enchantment have a chance to damage armor

I already have something else affecting player speed when wearing armor, so would setting this config key:
Speed-Modifier: 0.01
to "1" disable this plugin's speed modification?
