What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Here is my problem :

On my server, moderators are not able to go to the FTP and look directly the YML files. This is why I request the possibility for moderators to look and modify a backpack.

Now, it is very complicated if we want to remove a cheated item in the inventory of a user and it is in the backpack.

Please provide any additional information below.

Command : It can be sometign like : /backpack USERNAME: Permission : I don't know backpack.others
