What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

The idea is in the title :) add an options to make players random spawning on the map after death.

Why add this feature to the plugin when you can use multiple other plugins for it?

You don't random spawn on death though, but you simply have to make a house with no exit as spawn and tell your players to use /rspawn when you have this plugin installed: http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/randomlocation/
