This new version does not like reload, you will have to restart your server instead.
Many stuff has changed, there are made some improvements, here's a list of some:

• Re-wrote the whole command system.
  
• The plugin now logs errors when somethings is wrong (to a file: error.txt).
  
• The recipes now allow a air, and are disabled when the recipe is configured wrong.
  
• You can now open doors, toggle repeaters and click buttons/levers with a backpack in your hand.
  
• The issues with world inventories and other plugins that use inventory content are now fixed.
  
• Because I noticed that many people can't use the plugin properly because a wrong config file.
  
• The reload command now reloads the config. (before it restored the default config)
  
• A log option has been added, so you can see wich players tried to steal someone else's backpack and when someone makes a backpack (registers it).
  
• The updater got a little improvement.
  
• I'm sorry but for installing the plugin you need to restart your plugin, reload will not work.
