AutoItemBarReload
AutoItemBarReload
Lightweight, convenient, amazing - something every server should have.
Current Version: v1.7 (1.6.2-R0.1)
What does this do?
When you place the last item in a stack of blocks, it will pull a new stack from your inner inventory and move it to your item bar where you were just placing items from.
This works for tools as well as weapons, even fishing poles! As an item is consumed, it is replaced with any you have in your inventory of the same exact type.
This basically makes it a little nicer to keep building, and not have to manage your inventory mid construction.
What does this NOT do?
This plugin does not give you unlimited stacks of blocks, nor does it provide duping.
Permissions
To make it so a player/group can NOT use the functionality that AutoItemBarReload offers, give them the following permission.
- autoitembarreload.disallow
Will this plugin be updated for Minecraft 1.4, does it need to be updated?
It's like the InvTweaks mod... More better.. because it is server-side. Thanx alot for the mod... and keep updating
Seems legit.
Version 1.6 is now out, with support for FOOD and THROWN ITEMS!
Thanks everybody that has been using and reporting issues with this. Please spread the word about this amazing time saving plugin.
@plasmarif
I think I know what's happening, I'll get a fix out as soon as I can.

I've been having this problem as well.
i just notice that for some reason, my tools and weapons are not auto-reloading, but everything else is working fine. Has anyone else had this problem?
Does it work with food? so when you eat 1 mushroom soup it will bring a new one to ur hotbar?
@jblaske
Why not allow it for default.
And then have a extra permission node to use it.
Then if ppl have permissions they can use - or ^ to negate the permission and they have it false.
Else it only give issues for admins etc who have all permissions.
@definitelymaybe
The reason for having a perm to disallow, is so that servers are not required to configure an entire permissions system just to allow somebody to have this feature.
i think this has been suggested already. would really prefer the perm node to be allow rather than disallow. other than that im very happy with this plugin.

No problem at all! If you run across any issues, don't hesitate to submit a ticket.
Hey, thanks a lot for this plugin. ;) I've been impatiently waiting for CK auto replace to get updated, then I saw this today...
no i was thinking of using your plugin to help with mcmmo and create classes that automatically reloaded certain items
@glaivereinpald
I'm sorry, but that adds way too much configuration and code for what is intended with this plugin.
Also, it does not make sense to me to only let specific items reload, since anything that reloads is something that already exists in your inventory. Nothing is being generated or duped in this process.
can you add an individual item permission so i can make certain items reload?
@orionsx
Last time i looked, there was no event to catch for the throwable items, so I wasn't able to work with them. I'll check again and see if its in the API now.
I'll also check so it watches for item data, as well as item ID, so you don't get the funky swaps like that.
@marubal21
It should still work with 1.3.2, however any new stuff might not work quite right till I have a look at it.
I'm curious if this plugin has the ability to support damage values and such. Right now, using up cobble slabs will replace the spot in the hotbar with stone slabs for example.
Is it also possible to extend support to throwable items like snowballs, chicken eggs and ender pearls?
Love this plugin though. Saves me and my users from having to install a client side inventory management mod.
