AtSupport is the best Support plugin for any server. No matter if it is large or small it will GUARANTEE you your best plugin experience. AtSupport is easy to use with a TON of features involved. It is mainly based around the admin support system in Source Games i.e Garry's Mod. This is where you can put an @ In front of your message and it will send it to all admins if you require support. Also our plugin features a support ticket section where you can raise a ticket to administrators needs if they are not online.

• - @<msghere> - Allows you to send a message JUST to the admins easily

• - /atreply <playername> - Reply to a player

• - /ticket create <msghere> - Creates a ticket which can be viewed by admins at later stages
• - /ticket close - Close your own ticket
• - /ticket list - Views your tickets you have submitted

• - Admin Commands:

• - /ticket close <id> - Close other peoples tickets
• - /ticket reply <id> <msghere> - Reply to a ticket

Permissions for commands:

• - atsupport.livemessage - Allow access to @<msghere>
• - atsupport.adminreply - Allow access to reply to someones live message.

How to install AtSupport:

• #1 Download the AtSupport plugin from above where it says "Download"
• #2 Go to where you downloaded the AtSupport Jar file and drag that into your plugins folder in the root of your server
• #3 Use PermissionsEx or any permissions plugin to add the permissions above or add them all with AtSupport.*
