There is no area with such name. (Despite being an area with such a name.)

When trying to use addguest, I receive the response "There is no area with such name." I issue this command as OP and have verified that the area exists with the command "/ag list <username>". It's a very strange issue. Here is the EXACT command I've been attempting to issue: "/ag addguest leifer04_domain dqrp6435" and no matter what I do, it just doesn't work and keeps responding with "There is no area with such name." I've also tried issuing this command while standing inside the domain and it just doesn't work. What am I doing wrong? Should the username I'm attempting to add as a guest need to be online and logged into the server for this to work? I assumed usernames could be added without being on the server. I've attached a screenshot of everything I've done. Hopefully there's an answer for all this because I really just want to allow someone to build on someone's plot.
