- changed to allman style brackets bc im cool

- added config options to change delay intervals

- DeathCmdPeriod

- DeathCmdTPDelay

- zombies have a 1% chance to drop skull

- messages changed to use jsonmessages

- you can turn this off in the config UseJSONMsg

- the sequence of checking conditions is now in a more appropriate order

- renamed some variables to make more sense
