The ghosts of dead players will rise up from their corpses in an attempt to return to life.

Ideas
- Players turn into "ghosts" after they die in specified worlds.
- Upon death, ghosts may be teleported to a specified location, or the location where the corpse lays.
- Ghosts are invisible to and cannot see other players and mobs.
- Ghosts teleported to their corpse are only allowed limited (circular) area to roam.
- Ghosts outside of their roaming area take damage until they hit half a heart, which teleports them back to their corpse.
GFX Ideas
- Player corpse will be visible to their ghost.
- Optional Blindness I or II applied to ghosts.
Awesome plugin idea! :D Can't wait for the beta -- count me in for the testing.
Also, here's an idea -- in order to be resurrected, ghosts must come across some form of wildlife. Eg, you have to wander around inside your roaming radius looking for a pig or sheep. When you find one, you kill it and take its life-force.
Pigs, sheep, cows, etc would be given different values for their life-force so if you kill a chicken you would be resurrected with 3 hearts of health but if you kill a cow you would be resurrected with full health... A flower would resurrect you with 0.5 hearts.
We could even take it further and have two classes of resurrection; by killing a good-guy mob (eg cow, sheep, chicken, villager) you would get Healthy Life Force and would be resurrected as a Human player, but by killing a hostile mob (eg spider, zombie, skeleton) then you'd get Unhealthy Life Force and would be resurrected as a Wraith player.
Human players are just like normal, but Wraith players have a slow poison that constantly drains their health, and they have to kill other Humans, villagers, and good-guy mobs in order to replenish their health.
A Wraith player could turn back into a Human player by sleeping in a bed or drinking a healing potion.
Wraith players would all appear to other players as zombie villagers.
Also, it'd be great to have a config option to decide whether ghosts are invisible to other players or whether they appear as a transparent spectre... And on the flip side, to have a config option to decide whether ghosts are unable to see living players or whether everything in the living world would appear to the ghosts as transparent spectres (and ghosts would appear to other ghosts as opaque).

Add a possibility to resurrect over time. And when u die to appear in certen areas
why not create a custom quest so the ghost can be alive again like taking player souls...

This exactly was my ideas.
Please take these ideas and use them, cause right now the plugin sound like it SUCKS. Ok #1 Make it so the ghost can float, and go wherever they want.

this would be very helpful on a hunger games server if you didn't implant the "cannot see other players" that's just my thoughts and hopefully you take that away!!!! THX!

Sounds like an awesome plugin. I think there should be an added feature where you can set the gamemode of the ghosts so that they can fly, but not destory blocks.
This sounds cool maybe ghosts can see other ghost but with a ghostly texture??
