+ New Feature: (Ticket #25) Instead of ghosts being full vanished, no there is an option to make ghosts partly transparent.
    Configuration Option:
        ghosts.fullVanish false/TRUE
    You cannot update this configuration option via /afterlife reload. You will need to do a full server restart/reload when changing this option.
    With this option set as true, all players (including ghosts) will see the ghosts partly transparent.
    This new feature is possible by using the GhostManager API based on GhostFactory. You can look at the library here: http://bit.ly/12TdjS8
+ New Feature: (Ticket #17) Ghosts enable flying option.
    You can allow ghosts to fly in the configuration file.
    Configuration Option:
        ghosts.flyEnabled true/FALSE
