Added a death drop feature (optional)

On player death there is an option if they drop items or not.

This feature can be turned on or off in the config. See Explained Config for help.

It is also per world, sharing the same as no drop

The permission to make a normal death with drops: "AdzNoDrop.BypassDeath"
